In case, of any defect the defected item will be exchanged by a new one.

Replacement product will be delivered at the time of pickup. We expect to reship your replacement order within 4-5 days.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order may already be processed or shipped.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You are required to record a video of you unboxing your package as a proof that the product was damaged or defected.

  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
